Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver synchronous instruction and provide interventions using data to diagnose learning needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents, students and teachers to develop and update Personal Learning Plans.
• Provide feedback on student work and conduct parent conferences in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with staff to monitor student data and implement Tier 1–3 supports.
• Maintain up-to-date student records and contact logs.
• Work with advisory teachers and school counselors to ensure progress and goal attainment.
• Participate in school events, field trips, and social activities as appropriate.
• Engage with families to create and maintain a strong school community.
