Job summary

Think Academy US is hiring a part-time high school math tutor to provide one-on-one online lessons for North American students, aligned with CCSS, covering Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Geometry, and SAT Math topics.

You will tailor lessons to each student, deliver instruction during US evenings and weekends, and offer timely feedback to promote improvement. Mandarin language ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Math, Education, or related fields preferred.
• Prior Math teaching experience in middle school or high school preferred.
• Familiarity with Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, and Geometry curriculum.
• Available and willing to work during US weekday evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one online math lessons for high school students across North America, teaching Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Geometry, and related SAT Math topics.
• Prepare and customize lesson content based on individual student needs, ensuring well-structured and high-quality instruction.
• Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support student understanding and continuous improvement.
