You will work from home most of the time, while occasionally traveling to state functions and for professional development. Requirements include a state teaching license, a Bachelor's degree, and experience teaching online.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and active state teaching license are required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers to interpret and produce numeric, tabular, and graphic representations of student data to drive instructional decisions.
• Experience teaching in an online (virtual) environment and familiarity with K12 online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high school math content in an online environment.
• Monitor student progress through Stride K12’s learning management system.
• Support learning coaches/parents with curricular issues and troubleshooting.
• Travel up to 20% for face-to-face professional development and student testing.
• Maintain grade book and student placement decisions.
