Job summary

Centene is seeking a Specialty Pharmacist, Hemophilia, to support patients remotely across assigned states. The role focuses on ensuring access to specialized therapies, optimizing outcomes, and delivering compassionate patient care in a Hemophilia program.

The candidate must hold an active pharmacist license in FL, TX, MO, CA or MI and have experience in hemophilia pharmacy, with strong communication and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct drug utilization reviews to identify and resolve concerns.
• Partner with clinics to clarify and obtain prescriptions.
