Job summary

Xerox Holdings is seeking a remote Helpdesk Specialist I to handle password reset requests after hours. This is a 1-year contract, full-time, Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM, supporting end users via phone and email.

You will verify credentials, resolve password issues, escalate when needed, and provide courteous, responsive service. Prior helpdesk experience and basic IT skills are required, with familiarity in Kantime/UKG/Azure preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior helpdesk support experience.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and general IT knowledge.
• Preferred experience with Kantime, UKG and/or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls/emails regarding password issues.
• Verify users' credentials.
