Job summary

The role supports providers, health plans, and stakeholders, with responsibilities to monitor performance, develop PIPs using PDSA, and mentor team members in abstraction standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Quality.
• Knowledge of HEDIS & performance measures preferred.
• Ability to lead complex quality improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of quality improvement projects for HEDIS Hybrid Operations.
• Serve as primary owner for assigned HEDIS measures and monitor performance.
• Train staff on continuous improvement methods and measure interpretation.
