Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• HIPAA knowledge preferred
• Medical records experience helpful
• Basic MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Identify caller needs and prioritize questions
