Job description

Are you passionate about precision medicine and transforming healthcare? We're looking for a Remote Healthcare/Customer Support Specialist to join a mission-driven team delivering real-time, actionable insights to providers and patients. You'll play a vital role in bridging communication between clinical teams and operations, supporting cutting-edge solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Pay: $26-$31/hr (DOE)

Shift: 7:00am-7:00pm, Monday - Friday (8hr Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the primary liaison between healthcare providers and internal teams, offering excellent support via phone and email.
  2. Manage high volumes of customer interactions while building trusted relationships with partners.
  3. Deliver timely clinical data for precision medicine programs and maintain up-to-date, accurate records.
  4. Educate customers and patients about services, resolve complex issues, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational goals and improve clinical processes.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree (Biological Sciences or related field preferred) or 5+ years of related experience.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
  3. Comfortable explaining clinical or scientific information clearly and confidently.
  4. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  5. Proficient with standard office software and CRM tools; quick to learn new systems.
