ClearDesk is hiring a Remote Recruitment Specialist to connect skilled healthcare professionals with patients and families who rely on them. You will screen candidates, move quickly when needs arise, and ensure placements hit the ground ready to care for patients.

You will recruit for a range of roles from caregivers to licensed professionals, collaborating with client teams and maintaining compliant records in a fully remote environment.

Formación

• 1+ years of recruitment experience in healthcare or related fields.
• Able to recruit for skilled and unskilled healthcare roles.
• Proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles.
• Skilled at sourcing via social media, job boards, and AI tools.
• Experienced with CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented for compliance tasks.
• Clear and professional English communication, written and spoken.
• Comfortable working 100% remotely within a US time-zone.

Responsabilidades

• Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interviews via HelloHire or similar tools.
• Use platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire.
• Recommend improvements to hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency.
• Occasionally assist in recruiting for administrative roles when needed.
