Job summary

Realty Trust Group (RTG) seeks a Real Estate Valuation Analyst to support valuation and compliance services for healthcare real estate. The analyst will conduct market research, build financial models, and review leases and transactions for fair value and regulatory compliance.

The role reports to the Valuation Associate and collaborates with leadership across RTG’s service lines. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience are preferred, with strong Excel and market data tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Healthcare, or related field is required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of professional work experience is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare and/or real estate industries, consulting, and appraisal/valuation is preferred.
• Appraiser Trainee license is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, AI tools, CoStar or similar market data platforms, and valuation/reporting software.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze regional and local area profiles including employment, population, household income and real estate trends.
• Analyze legal and physical features of the subject including site size, improvement size, flood zone, site zoning, easements, encumbrances, site access and site exposure.
• Develop written analyses and financial models; prepare preliminary drafts of work products.
• Provide client interaction and relationship management support.
