Naukri Mitra is seeking a full-time, fully remote Healthcare Quality Manager to own quality assurance across healthcare services, ensuring HIPAA compliance and guiding a remote quality team. You will lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes, build policies, run audits, track indicators, and report to senior leadership, shaping care delivery while maintaining regulatory alignment.
The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Lean or Six Sigma, and a proactive mindset to drive
Somewhere between a patient outcome and a regulatory audit, someone has to be watching closely enough to catch the gap before it becomes a real problem. That's the core of this job.
We're hiring a full‑time, fully remote Healthcare Quality Manager at $80,750 per year.
You’d own quality assurance across healthcare services — building improvement initiatives, keeping the organization compliant with HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid standards, and leading a remote quality team through all of it.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field (minimum requirement). A Master's degree is preferred.
At least 5 years in healthcare quality management, patient safety, or a closely related field. You'll need real depth in healthcare regulations — HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and Joint Commission standards — not just surface familiarity. Experience with quality improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma matters here, along with solid analytical skills you can actually apply to performance data. Leadership experience is expected, ideally including time managing a remote team.
Comfort managing multiple projects and deadlines without things slipping. Genuine independence — this role doesn't come with close supervision. A proactive mindset that looks for improvement before being asked to. Real interest in staying current with healthcare trends, not just regulatory requirements.
$80,750 annual salary.
Naukri Mitra places quality managers with organizations where the work actually shapes patient care outcomes, not just paperwork that gets filed and forgotten. Your recommendations here would carry real weight with senior leadership, and the remote structure means you'd have genuine autonomy in how you run the day‑to‑day of the role.
