Job summary

AfterQuery is seeking healthcare quality professionals to author and grade patient safety and quality scenarios for frontier AI evaluations. This is an independent contractor role with flexible, fully remote work.

You will author realistic quality scenarios from event reports through corrective action plans, write reference answers with the methodologies behind each analysis, and grade model outputs for regulatory accuracy. Minimum 10 hours per week, hourly pay via Stripe, weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Clinical license required (RN or similar) or CPHQ certification.
• 2+ years in healthcare quality, patient safety, or performance improvement.
• Depth in quality measures, root cause analysis, or accreditation readiness.
• Clear written English for documenting findings and improvement plans.
• Able to commit at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Author realistic quality scenarios from event report through corrective action plan.
• Write reference answers with the methodology behind each analysis.
• Grade model output for methodological rigor and regulatory accuracy.
• Flag analyses that look thorough but would miss the systemic cause.
