AfterQuery is seeking licensed case managers to author and grade care coordination scenarios for frontier AI labs. This fully remote, async contractor role pays $70 to $115 per hour, with payments processed weekly via Stripe.
A minimum of 10 hours per week is required, and confidentiality and professional judgment are essential. You will craft admission-to-post-acute placement scenarios, provide reference answers with detailed reasoning, and evaluate model outputs for clinical appropriateness
Licensed case managers to build the care coordination scenarios frontier AI labs use to test model judgment. Remote, async, paid weekly. AfterQuery builds the expert evaluation data that frontier AI labs use to measure and improve their models. We're hiring licensed case managers as contractors to author and grade the care coordination scenarios those evaluations run on.
What you'll actually do: Author realistic care coordination scenarios from admission through post acute placement; write reference answers with the reasoning behind each level of care call; grade model output for clinical appropriateness and benefit accuracy; flag plans that read fine but would strand the patient or trigger a denial. Who this is for: Active RN or LCSW license, or CCM certification; 2+ years of case management experience in a hospital, payer, or community setting; depth in discharge planning, utilization review, or complex care coordination; clear written English for documenting care plans and level of care decisions; able to commit at least 10 hours per week.
Contract and pay $70 to $115/hr, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start. Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours. Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week. No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers. Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.
