Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our agile product development team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong software development background and a solid understanding of agile methodologies, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be responsible for driving product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring seamless communication between cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
Lead Retrospectives
Participate in refinement sessions and contribute to continuous improvement of agile practices.
Translate high-level product requirements into epics and features, and work closely with development teams to break them down into actionable user stories.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and delivery.
Understand and communicate the technical design and architecture of the application, including integrations with other systems.
Act as a bridge between teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and continuity of information.
Monitor team velocity and capability, adjusting plans and priorities as needed to ensure timely delivery.
Provide clarity on priorities and ensure the team is focused on delivering maximum value.

Skills And Requirements
6+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Jira for managing user stories, epics, and sprints.
Ability to understand and prioritize technical requirements and dependencies.
Background in software development or technical product management.
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with payor systems and membership flows.
Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements null
