Job summary

DNV's Healthcare Division seeks a Physical Environment (PE) Surveyor to survey healthcare organizations across the United States, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and NIAHO standards. Remote work is possible with up to 100% travel to client sites.

You will work with a team of professionals, prepare management reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders while advancing quality improvement in healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years of healthcare environment experience or related field.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of the healthcare survey team ensuring provider compliance with DNV guidelines and instructions.
• Survey healthcare organizations across the United States.
• Assess compliance with standards and ISO principles using analysis and reasoning.
• Prepare management reports on nonconformities and risks.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare staff and identify improvement opportunities.
• Supervise and guide other survey team members when applicable.
• Attend scheduled educational calls and complete ongoing training.
• Participate in other DNV activities as assigned.
