Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain production-grade ML models and pipelines using healthcare data
• Develop end-to-end ML systems including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining
• Productionize models related to medication adherence, utilization forecasting, cost optimization, and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with data scientists, pharmacy experts, clinicians, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable ML solutions
• Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD for ML, model versioning, experiment tracking, and automated retraining
• Optimize model performance, reliability, and latency for batch and real-time inference
• Ensure ML systems comply with HIPAA and data governance/security policies
• Contribute to ML architecture decisions and platform improvements in Azure
• Document ML systems and communicate designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
