Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of healthcare integration experience.
- Experience assessing onboarding readiness, dependencies, and risks.
- Experience configuring secure connectivity and mTLS enrollment.
Responsibilities
- Assess facilities and partner systems for onboarding needs and risks.
- Execute onboarding activities including credentialing and secure connectivity.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve connectivity and data-exchange issues.
- Support rehearsals, validations, and production cutovers.
- Develop repeatable onboarding procedures and runbooks.
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and document resolutions.
