Ankura is seeking a Healthcare Architectural Planner to lead planning, programming, and development of healthcare environments that support clinical excellence and operational efficiency. This remote role within the US collaborates with health system leadership, project teams, and consultants to translate organizational goals into adaptable facilities.

The ideal candidate has strong healthcare planning and design experience, with proficiency in space planning, budgeting, and stakeholders

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Healthcare Planning, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in healthcare architecture, medical planning, or related facilities planning.
Strong knowledge of hospitals, ambulatory care, and clinical workflows.

Mansioni

Lead healthcare planning and programming for master facilities planning.
Conduct space needs, occupancy, and departmental evaluations to determine requirements.
Develop functional programs and space allocations aligned with clinical objectives.
Evaluate patient flow and staff workflows to inform planning recommendations.
Prepare concepts, diagrams, stacking plans, and test-fit studies for facilities.
Support capital planning, budgeting, and cost estimates for renovations and new builds.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and cost consultants to compare planning options.
