Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolutions to escalated issues from members and providers via multiple channels.
• Serve as liaison between departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Document, track, and resolve complaints and inquiries in writing or by phone.
• Assist with root cause analysis to identify trends and enterprise-wide solutions.
• Coordinate with the contact center to research underlying facts and determine remediation options.
• Review complaint trends and draft recommendations to improve member/provider experience.
