Integrations Software Engineer III

Job Summary

This position is responsible for designing, architecting, implementing, and testing data integration solutions. This includes managing inbound and outbound data integrations with Modivcare clients, vendors, and internal systems. The role involves translating requirements into technical deliverables, utilizing a repeatable SDLC to ensure quality and efficiency. Close collaboration with business owners and stakeholders is essential to ensure requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to evaluate and confirm business requirements.
• Develop and validate source-target mappings and transformation logic to support information requirements.
• Create reusable transformations and robust mappings.
• Optimize mappings for performance and implement complex business rules.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Operations, internal stakeholders, and external clients to ensure on-time, quality delivery of integrations.
• Document best practices and guidelines for support teams.
• Develop test cases and plans for unit testing.
• Identify data quality issues and implement remediation processes.
• Work with diverse technologies, operating systems, languages, and existing applications.
• Work with custom client integrations to provide enhanced business logic for downstream processing.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks across projects.
• Contribute to project effort estimation including resources and hardware/software.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.
• Lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in programming languages like C#, Java, Python.
• Experience with data validation, processing efficiencies, and database management.
• Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures.
