Clarium, a healthcare data platform company, is hiring a Data Integration Engineer to own customer data integrations end to end for hospital systems and suppliers. You will design reliable ingestion and transformation workflows and collaborate with data engineers and product managers to iterate on feeds that power end-user features.

This role involves direct customer interaction, production systems ownership, and building reusable connectors to accelerate future integrations across ERP, supply

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; you write production code, not just scripts.
• Hands-on experience building and operating data pipelines or system integrations in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with hospital IT and supply chain teams to understand source systems, data structures, and integration requirements.
• Design, build, and own production data pipelines that ingest and transform data from customer ERP, supply chain, and operational systems into Clarium's platform.
• Troubleshoot integration failures in live customer environments from schema mismatches to authentication issues to upstream data quality problems.
• Build reusable connectors and integration patterns that reduce onboarding time for future customers.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate field learnings into platform improvements.
• Maintain clear documentation and runbooks so integrations are supportable at scale.
• Communicate integration status, risks, and timelines clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
