FullStack is hiring a Healthcare Data and Analytics Specialist to join our team. You will work with clients either by integrating into their teams or by working on a FullStack product team to deliver analytics solutions.

The role emphasizes deep healthcare data expertise, SQL-driven analysis, and strong collaboration in Agile environments, with a 100% remote work model and opportunities to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering, data analysis, or data operations experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Deep experience with healthcare data: claims, enrollment, or benefits.
• Expertise in using SQL to join datasets and build maintainable analytical logic.
• Background in healthcare data validation, reconciliation, and data quality monitoring.
• Understanding of healthcare claims structures, terminology, and financial metrics.
• Experience creating recurring analytical reporting and data dictionaries for clients or executives.
• Experience tracing data issues across a data ecosystem.
• Comfort with PostgreSQL and file transfers (SFTP, flat files, or APIs).
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and data security controls.
• Ability to own work, contribute to libraries, and support CI/CD.
