Job summary

Tekaccel Inc. seeks a Contact Centre Architect Healthcare to own end-to-end Amazon Connect architecture for member, provider, and self-service journeys. You will design IVR/IVA flows, routing, and omnichannel experiences, ensuring secure handling of PHI/PII and data-driven verification with healthcare systems.

You will collaborate with business, operations, product, and compliance teams, bridging business needs with IT delivery, and leading enterprise integrations and serverless deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience designing Amazon Connect-based contact centers.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI handling and healthcare data security.
• Strong collaboration with business, product, and compliance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Amazon Connect architecture for member/provider journeys.
• Design IVR/IVA, routing, queues, and omnichannel experiences.
• Define caller authentication and data-driven verification flows.
• Integrate with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and healthcare systems.
• Lead serverless solutions with Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and CI/CD.
