Overview

Program Specialist — REMOTE

Pay Rate: $21/hr • Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 am–8:30 pm EST • Anticipated Start Date: 12/1/2025 • End Date: 3/31/2026 • Contract length: 4 months • Training period: 8 weeks (Dec 1 – Feb 1)

This is a high-volume, customer-facing role focused on providing operational and reimbursement support to complex programs. The Program Specialist serves as the customer’s primary point of contact, identifies barriers, and collaborates with the appropriate parties to ensure access to therapies requested.

Responsibilities
  • Own issues and remove obstacles that prevent patients or providers from accessing therapies by proactively identifying barriers and coordinating resolution with relevant teams.
  • Manage a high-volume of customer-facing tasks daily and/or perform data entry accurately in the program’s tracking system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, maintaining the ability to speak with customers for long periods as needed.
