You will contact existing members to promote our online app, walk them through download and registration, and highlight wellness benefits while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a call center, including outbound, with strong communication skills and comfort explaining digital steps to users.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years of call center experience with at least 1 year outbound calling.
• Strong verbal communication and HIPAA privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound calls to existing healthcare members.
• Educate on app features and wellness benefits to drive adoption.
• Guide members through download and registration over the phone.
• Handle sensitive health conversations with empathy and privacy.
• Document interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Ensure calls comply with HIPAA and quality metrics.
