Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Business Analyst for Shared Services to support Revenue Cycle Management, Customer Care, or Credentialing operations. The role focuses on report development, data mining, and process improvement with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3+ years in BI/analytics, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data extraction from multiple sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years’ experience with 1+ year of experience with large-scale business intelligence and/or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Report development and process standardization, simplification, and automation.
• Writing reports, queries, and data mining from multiple data sources.
• Ad hoc business analysis and solution recommendations.
• Support annual budgeting process and multi-year outlook.
• Manage projects from conception to implementation.
• Articulate analytical findings to internal or external customers.
• Produce and distribute required reports timely.
• Create accurate analytical models using best practices.
• Communicate results in a clear and concise manner.
