Introduction

Health System Leader – Has a strong, extensive background in healthcare leadership at the health system level. Responsible for implementing the goals of the Task Order in an impactful, meaningful, and relevant manner with frontline health facilities and practitioner practices.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field, and at least five (5) years of administrative experience, including three (3) years in a senior hospital or healthcare leadership position.
• Strong understanding of health system operations, including facilities, challenges, opportunities, and business frameworks, as well as service delivery frameworks. Experience implementing provider-focused approaches and overseeing quality improvement work aligned with CMS priorities (technology and quality management infrastructure) within health facilities.
• Strong understanding of business operations, service delivery, medical records, health data security, and relevant regulations related to quality management systems, drug shortages, supply chain management, cybersecurity, workforce planning, and emergency preparedness.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
