Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. seeks a Health Scientist I to support program evaluation, performance measurement, and implementation assessment. You will assist in planning, data collection, logic-model development, and reporting, applying foundational implementation research concepts to improve programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of relevant public health experience, with proficiency in MS Office and government guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, health science, evaluation, social science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in public health, evaluation, health science, program monitoring, or related field.
• Experience conducting systematic assessments of program inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes.
• Experience supporting evaluation plans, questions, indicators, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Familiarity with implementation research concepts and process evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic assessment of program inputs, activities, and outputs to determine value and improve programs.
• Develop evaluation plans, identify questions/indicators, collect/analyze data, and report findings.
• Develop program logic models and identify appropriate outcomes; support internal/external meetings.
• Provide evaluation assistance or training and ensure compliance with government guidelines.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and CDC administrative systems effectively.
