Qualifications

• Six years of experience in program administration, supervision, and oversight or equivalent education/experience combination.
• Knowledge of NYS procurement guidelines, policy and procedure.
• Experience with project management, procurement, and the Statewide Financial System (SFS).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Responsibilities
