• Experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of client-facing data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and modeling of healthcare data using ML, statistics, and analytics.
• Develop, test, validate, and deploy ML models aligned with strategy.
• Create interactive dashboards supporting program oversight.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into technical enhancements.
• Mentor and support technical team members.
