The Marketing Principal is responsible for developing, planning, implementing and evaluating marketing strategies, as well as defining audience-appropriate tactics and distribution channels to support Prime's growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field; equivalent experience.
• 8 years of work experience in related marketing roles (B2B marketing, product marketing, or communications).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• Lead planning and development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align objectives and market positioning.
• Translate insights into messaging that differentiates Prime and its products and services.
• Provide strategic writing guidance for creative strategies.

• Prioritize initiatives and manage multiple projects to align with strategy.
• Mentor team members and provide strategic guidance.
