Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a pricing and underwriting professional to lead day-to-day pricing for new and renewing business opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales, RFP response teams, and executives to refine financial models and ensure timely, accurate underwriting.

The role requires experience in pharmacy/PBM or health plans, strong financial modeling skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects while maintaining high standards of data integrity. Remote US work is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Economics (or equivalent work experience)
• 2+ years in financial analysis, actuarial services, pricing & underwriting
• Pharmacy, PBM, or Health Plan experience required
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Proficient with Excel and data visualization tools
• Experience with SQL, SAS, or R preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute day-to-day pricing and underwriting for new and renewing business opportunities
• Coordinate with Sales and RFP teams to submit timely responses
• Design, refine, and maintain underwriting, financial modeling, and financial reporting SOPs
• Support client contracting ensuring terms align with underwriting parameters
• Present underwriting results to Sales and Executive Team and explain risks
• Develop and maintain underwriting/system data infrastructure
• Mine external data to inform underwriting practices
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Communicate financial analytics needs across the organization
• Ensure adherence to Judi Health Code of Conduct
