Job summary

Warner Pacific Insurance Services seeks an Associate Multi-Market Analyst to support Small Group, Large Group, Level Funded, and Ancillary business by analyzing health insurance RFPs and ensuring accurate, timely quoting for brokers and carrier partners.

You will synthesize data from multiple sources, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with sales, brokers, and support specialists to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is allowed with occasional in-office attendance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, or broker support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFP documents and prepare carrier requests with high accuracy.
• Manage a high volume of quote requests while balancing speed and accuracy.
• Enter and maintain quoting activity in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) in real time.
• Follow up with Brokers/Sales Consultants on outstanding documents per workflow.
• Initiate and manage follow-ups with carrier partners on RFP status to ensure timely quotes.
• Collaborate with Sales to communicate quoting strategy to partner carriers.
• Assist in preparing spreadsheet comparisons with Multi-Market Administrators and Sales Team.
• Log and close sold group opportunities in CRM systems for visibility and Finance deadlines.
• Monitor opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to Supervisor.
