Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry level I(Temp) ROI specialist to process medical record requests quickly and accurately, protecting patient privacy and HIPAA compliance while delivering high quality customer service. You will work remotely, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm EST, handle calls from patients, insurers and attorneys, document in multiple platforms, and use Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent data-entry and typing speed.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process patient health information requests in line with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Document activities across multiple systems and platforms.
• Respond to requests promptly and accurately; guard against unauthorized disclosures.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed and meet productivity expectations.
