Alignerr is seeking a Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training) to shape how hospital records are governed for AI training. This remote hourly contract role offers flexible hours and the chance to impact clinical, regulatory, and analytical use of health data.

You will define governance standards, collaborate across clinical, IT, compliance, and leadership teams, and identify data quality gaps with clear remediation plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare data governance or clinical data operations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare privacy and regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, IT, compliance and leadership.
• Detail-oriented with formal data governance processes.
