Qualifications

• 4+ years in public health communications, health journalism, or a public-agency communications role.
• Direct ownership of writing risk-communication or health-guidance materials for a public or clinical audience.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated health communications across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop materials for outbreak/risk-communication messaging and plain-language health guidance.
• Prepare stakeholder briefing documents, campaign materials, and surveillance reports with accuracy.
