Job summary

SkinSpirit is seeking a Director of Social Media to lead our enterprise social strategy and elevate the SkinSpirit brand across consumer and industry audiences. You’ll build and lead an in-house social agency serving 500+ providers, shaping strategy, content, and coaching.

This role owns Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, driving brand awareness, engagement, and community growth with a data-informed, creative mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of social media marketing experience with consumer brands.
• Experience leading teams and managing high-performing professionals.
• Expertise across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube with data-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal social media agency for SkinSpirit’s providers and patients.
• Design operating model, budget, and roadmap; report to leadership.
• Develop playbooks, content calendars, and assets for scalable content.
• Oversee content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and analytics.
• Mentor a two-person team and collaborate with senior leaders.
