• Entrepreneurial and pragmatic with attention to detail and storytelling.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of seven data architects with clear vision and growth paths.
• Own Hagerty's master data management for members, agents, and vehicles; partner on delivery plans and certified systems of record.
• Define attribute validation and certification standards, including third-party data integration or human-in-the-loop verification.
• Serve on the data governance team and provide architectural oversight and policy recommendations.
• Collaborate with business and technical leaders to refine data management policies for practical adoption.
• Guide design of data domains, data products, and AI-ready data assets for analytics.
• Establish clear partnership boundaries with Data Engineering for ownership and handoffs.
• Champion process improvements and AI-assisted tooling for modeling, documentation, and design reviews.
• Maintain an architectural North Star aligned with Hagerty's enterprise data vision.
