Airalo seeks a senior design leader to own the end-to-end user experience across surfaces, from acquisition to retention, and to shape the product feel over the next two years. You will co-create with Marketing to embed the brand inside the product and drive a system of accessible, high-quality design.

You will lead research as a strategic function, write and sell a design strategy, and ensure one scalable design system spans consumer and B2B experiences.

Qualificações

• Led design for a business at real scale, responsible for a whole product with consumer depth (B2B).
• Led or collaborated with research, authored a design strategy, and remained close to the hands-on work.
• Can make the case for design in commercial terms and build one scalable system.

Responsabilidades

• Own design across surfaces from acquisition to retention, shaping the relationship.
• Set design strategy and define product feel for the next two years; lead research as a strategic function.
• Own brand within the product, co-author with Marketing, and enforce design system and accessibility standards.
