Job summary

Andesa is seeking a seasoned Head of Professional Services to lead client engagements from discovery through delivery. You will manage the PM and BA teams, define delivery standards, and ensure client satisfaction across a broad portfolio of initiatives.

The role requires 8–10 years in professional services and a strong background in the life and annuity insurance sector, with proven leadership of cross-functional teams and experience in Agile/Waterfall environments.

Qualifications

8–10 years in professional services or project management leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of life and annuity insurance industry.
Experience managing Business Analysts and/or project teams.
Proven ability to lead client delivery and BA teams in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
Expertise in requirements gathering, discovery facilitation, and BRD authorship.
Strong estimation, scoping, and coordination with product/release management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end client delivery across Andesa platforms and engagements.
Oversee Project Management and Business Analyst teams handling CCRs, BRDs, estimation, and scope.
Define delivery standards, KPIs, and align with product/release management.
Escalate delivery risks and coordinate cross-project dependencies.
Partner with Product Owner, Engineering, Sales, and Support to meet client needs.
Drive continuous process improvements in discovery and delivery practices.
