Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit experienced heads of business development. The role centers on training a language model for professional presentation and slide deck tasks, with 3+ years in BD leadership at top tech or enterprise B2B firms. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across storyline development, executive summaries, and slide structure.

Compensation is $100/hour, flexible 5-20 hours per week (or more). Fully remote with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Head of Business Development at a top high-growth tech company or enterprise B2B firm.
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop storyline and executive summaries for client-ready decks.
• Ensure slide structuring and data-driven exhibit design across core workflows.
