Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to recruit a head of business development who can train AI on professional presentation tasks, including storytelling and slide design. This flexible, remote role pays $100/hour for 5–20 hours per week, starts ASAP, and seeks 3+ years of BD leadership at top tech or enterprise B2B firms.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across workflows from storyline development to client-ready deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Head of Business Development at a top high-growth tech company or enterprise B2B firm.
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
