Highmark Health is seeking a skilled HCC Coder to perform risk adjustment coding for MA, ACA, and ESRD programs. You will use CMS guidelines and HIPAA-compliant practices to ensure accurate ICD-10 and HCC model coding, while supporting RPM initiatives and audits.

Ideal candidates hold CPC/CRC/CCS/RHIT certifications and have at least 3 years of HCC coding experience, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualificações

• 3 years HCC coding and/or coding and billing
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
• Certified Risk Coder (CRC)
• Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT)

Responsabilidades

• Performs HCC coding on projects for MA, ACA, and ESRD.
• Assists with Regulatory Audits by performing first coding review and ranking of charts.
• Participates on ad-hoc projects per the direction of Leadership to address department needs.
• Engages in RPM Coding educational meetings and annual coding Summit.
• Other duties as assigned.
