The role supports RPM coding initiatives and process improvements, with remote office-based work and opportunities for ongoing training and audits.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years HCC coding and/or coding and billing
• 5 years HCC coding and/or coding and billing (preferred)

Aufgaben

• Performs HCC coding on projects for MA, ACA, and ESRD across various models and systems.
• Assists with Regulatory Audits by performing initial chart reviews and ranking.
• Participates in ad-hoc projects and suggests process improvements.
• Engages in RPM Coding educational meetings and annual coding Summits.
• Other duties as assigned.
