Zusammenfassung

Bradford District and Craven Mind is seeking a Guide-Line Support Worker to provide emotional support via telephone and live chat for children, young people and adults across Bradford District and Craven.

The role involves maintaining records, safeguarding and signposting, with shifts on Saturdays (3:00pm–8:30pm) and Sundays (6:30pm–12:00am). It offers hybrid/remote working where suitable and a six-month probation period.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting service members with mental health needs.
• Experience using electronic records for client details.
• Experience providing support via telephone and live chat.
• Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Provide telephone and live chat support to service members.
• Signpost to relevant services including crisis support.
• Maintain up-to-date electronic records with data protection compliance.
• Work with colleagues on shift to ensure continuous support.
• Complete mandatory and role-specific safeguarding training.
