Making Space (Warrington) is seeking a Carer Support Worker to join the Bradford and Airedale Carer Support Service, covering Craven and Bradford. The role is part-time, based in Bradford, with field-based travel and a permanent contract.

Salary is £13.90 per hour, with 25 hours weekly. We offer values-driven support, training on the job, and opportunities for qualifications in Health and Social Care as you progress within the organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide values-based support, advice and information to service users and carers ensuring they have access to practical and emotional support.
• Assist carers to develop coping strategies, conduct home visits and carer assessments.
• Provide information about mental health and mental health services available to carers.
• Travel across the Craven district to support carers and their loved ones.
