Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of growth technical content marketing, technical writing, developer marketing, journalism, or related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with SEO and AI discoverability best practices.
• High curiosity and appetite for tough challenges with enterprise audiences.
• Experience creating educational content for technical or enterprise audiences.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and building with products to create authentic content.
• Experience using AI tools to research, draft, and improve content quality and speed.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, product, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Create hyper-relevant content that drives measurable growth by turning search insights and questions into high-impact content.
• Monitor conversations on Twitter, Hacker News, and Reddit, and translate trends into timely content.
• Partner with the AI & Organic Search Manager to turn opportunities into content.
• Build hands-on experience with Tailscale to create credible, practical technical content.
• Produce content at high velocity while maintaining technical accuracy and editorial quality.
• Refresh, expand, and optimize existing content based on performance insights and feedback.
• Develop an AI-first content program that accelerates quality content production.
• Support strategic initiatives with technical content that drives self-serve revenue and product adoption.
