Job summary

Clients Blackbox is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid media strategies for a portfolio of clients in the financial services space. You will own campaigns from strategy through execution, focusing on Meta advertising and high-quality appointment generation.

You will work directly with clients, translate data into actionable recommendations, and optimize campaigns daily while guiding junior teammates and ensuring retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns toward defined performance targets and drive retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for performance and strategy.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and present performance insights.
• Prepare and send performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Set up tracking, pixels, Calendly integrations, and lead-routing workflows.
