Job summary

Inspiration Mobility Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own the full marketing lifecycle—from demand generation and nurturing to sales enablement and messaging. You’ll design multi-channel campaigns, develop ICP-based lead generation, and translate complex mobility concepts into compelling narratives for buyers, partners, and investors.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and work remotely with a Washington, DC office offering a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B marketing experience with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and growth marketing.

Responsibilities

Own demand generation strategy and execution across multi-channel campaigns.
Build and manage lifecycle programs from awareness to conversion and retention.
Develop lead generation initiatives with sales to optimize ICP and accelerate pipeline.
Create and maintain sales enablement materials to support the commercial team.
Collaborate on messaging and positioning for products, services, and company narrative.
Monitor market conversations to surface insights for messaging and strategy.
Support thought leadership and investor communications with leadership.
Ensure marketing aligns with go-to-market strategy and customer feedback.
Manage marketing calendar, budgeting, and KPI reporting.
