Fuku is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own growth marketing across digital channels, performance campaigns, and local restaurant marketing. The role involves optimizing email, SEO, loyalty, website, and third-party platforms while aligning with operations and franchise growth.

You’ll collaborate with the Chief Brand Officer and external partners to drive traffic and revenue across Fuku locations. This is a remote role based in the United States, with flexibility for South Florida

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with strong digital growth or performance marketing expertise.
• Marketing generalist capable of moving between strategy, execution, analytics and cross-functional partnership.
• Ability to connect marketing activity to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with restaurant, food, hospitality, or multi-unit consumer brands preferred.
• Experience with local marketing, SEO, email/SMS, loyalty, website optimization, or third-party delivery platforms.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action.
• Highly organized, hands-on and comfortable building in a growing environment.

Responsabilités

• Own Fuku's digital growth strategy across email, SEO, local search, website, and loyalty platforms.
• Drive performance across delivery platforms with promotions, merchandising, and advertising opportunities.
• Manage website, Google Business Profiles, and local search presence; optimize digitally.
• Develop loyalty and guest engagement strategy, including email and SMS.
• Partner with media agency on paid social and digital media strategy aligned with growth priorities.
• Develop marketing strategies to drive awareness, traffic, frequency, and revenue across restaurants.
• Coordinate with Operations and General Managers to translate opportunities into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Chief Brand Officer to translate brand priorities into campaigns and calendars.
• Manage agency/vendor relationships with clear briefs, timelines, and success measures.
• Track KPIs, connect activity to traffic and revenue, and translate insights to leadership.
